- Investigate contractors and proposals. Confirm contractor history and qualifications.
- Monitor Installation – includes confirming correct materials, correct sequencing, supervise installation and maintain timeline.
- PUNCH LIST – before payment, RRC will go over the project and list final details to be completed before payment.
