As an Owner’s Representative, RRC provides guidance to owners in all phases of the project.

  1. Establish what needs to be done, what can wait.
  2. Clarify the Scope of Work so contractors can bid the same project details.
  3. Establish Timeline for project including budget and payment timing.
  4. Create specifications eliminating questions once project is underway and help get “Apples to Apples” proposals.
  5. Investigate contractors and proposals.  Confirm contractor history and qualifications.
  6. Monitor Installation – includes confirming correct materials, correct sequencing, supervise installation and maintain timeline.
  7. PUNCH LIST – before payment, RRC will go over the project and list final details to be completed before payment.
